Extra care housing developer Preferred Homes has appointed Manchester City Council’s former assistant director for commissioning Zoe Robertson as a non-executive director.

Nexus Property Group has announced that property director Tim Walker-Arnott will leave the group at the end of October.
Walker-Arnott retires from the company after 11 years, to pursue his own interests.
For 10 of those 11 years, he was property director for the group, leading healthcare REIT Primary Health Properties PLC (PHP), as well as Nexus PINE, an education property investor.
PHP managing director Harry Hyman commented: “Tim has helped to steer PHP through a period of exceptional growth resulting in an investment portfolio of over 300 surgery units worth some £1.3 billion.
“The board of PHP is grateful for his contribution and wise counsel over the years and we wish him well for the future.”
