Nua Healthcare: Alan Rosenbach

Irish care home provider Nua Healthcare has appointed Alan Rosenbach (pictured) as a non-executive director and chair of its clinical governance committee.

Nua provides residential, supported living, day and community outreach services to adults and children with a range of complex support requirements.

Rosenbach has held various non-executive roles within the UK public and private health and social care sectors – including working with the Care Quality Commission as a policy advisor from 2009 to 2015 where he led on the CQC’s registration and regulation of intellectual disability and autism services.

He has also been involved with national government programmes including those focussing on the transformation of mental health, autism and intellectual disability services in the UK.

Nua Healthcare chief executive Chris Hindle said: “Alan joins Nua Healthcare at an exciting time in our development as we continue to grow and develop our services. Alan’s proven track record of focusing on quality and governance will add strength to Nua’s unwavering commitment to deliver high-quality services that continuously improve and which deliver positive outcomes to the people we are privileged to support.”

Compass Executives advised on the appointment.
