Nua Healthcare, a provider of complex care services in Ireland, has appointed Chris Hindle as its new chief executive, starting 8 January 2018.
Hindle replaces outgoing chief executive Edward Dunne who will become chairman, and joins from Lifeways Group where he was managing director for the complex care and autism division. He previously worked as managing director for the learning disability business at Care UK, and was part of the team that oversaw its divestment and sale to Lifeways in May 2015.
Nua Healthcare provides residential, day and supported living services to people with learning disabilities, autism and brain injuries, with complex care needs.
Dunne commented: “Chris has extensive experience of providing and leading services for individuals with complex needs. We believe he is a fantastic fit for our organisation given his sectoral experience, care background and his reputation for strong business leadership.”
Hindle said: “I’m delighted to be joining Nua Healthcare at such an exciting time in its development and I look forward to supporting the organisation on the next stage of its journey.”
