Nuffield Health: Kevin Thomson

Independent provider Nuffield Health has appointed Kevin Thomson (pictured) as new business and market development director, responsible for the development of new business in corporate and insured private healthcare markets, across preventative, primary and secondary care service delivery models.

Thomson joined Nuffield Health in 2009 as head of integrated operations and, over six years, worked in a range of roles, including regional director and business development di

rector and was the organisation’s first head of employee well-being.
In 2016, he left for BMI Healthcare where he was head of HealthFirst, the company’s corporate healthcare business.

He has re-joined Nuffield Health to focus on the expansion of the group’s existing portfolio of services.

Thomson said: “I’m really pleased to be back at Nuffield Health and I’m looking forward to growing our connected health proposition to a much wider audience. Nuffield Health is best placed to provide extended employee, patient and member pathways, with the ability to provide a truly connected healthcare proposition.”

“I’m excited to be joining a strong team and continuing to drive forward the great work Nuffield Health delivers, while expanding our customer base to deliver a service which views all customers and clients as individuals.”

Jenni Wilson, corporate partnerships and sales director at Nuffield Health, added: “It’s wonderful to welcome Kevin back to the organisation. He brings with him not only a wealth of knowledge and experience but a passion for, and understanding of, our purpose as a not-for-profit independent healthcare organisation.”
