Heath Blake is stepping down as chief executive of Sovereign Capital-owned Nurse Plus after ten years at the company.

Paul Bingham (pictured, left) replaces him as chief executive and both men will work together for the rest of 2016 as Blake (pictured, right) hands over the reins. Blake will take on the role of non-executive director and advisor at Nurse Plus from then onwards.

Bingham has previously held posts as chief executive of Atos and managing director at Equiniti.

“It has been a privilege to lead one of the UK’s fastest growing nursing agencies and after 10 years with the company it’s time to move on and transfer the Nurse Plus helm to a new generation of leadership,” said Blake.

Nurse Plus provides staffing and domiciliary care services. It was founded by Blake in 2005 and now has 50 branches across the UK.
