Oakdale Care Group has appointed a new manager for its first care home Kingfisher Court in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Paul Quirk takes up the position having held posts previously at Avery Healthcare and Sunrise Senior Living.

Commenting on his new role, Quirk said: “I am delighted and excited to be working with this new innovative and growing care group. Commissioning a new home is the aspiration of many care home managers so I am looking forward to assembling my new team and opening Kingfisher Court in Easter.”

Oakdale Care Group was launched at the end of last year with a £13 million debt facility from Clydesdale Bank and plans to open initially deliver four care homes, built by LNT Group.
