York-based outpatient mental healthcare company Onebright has appointed Tim Dunn as chief commercial officer and Dr Gabrielle Pendlebury as clinical director of psychiatric services.

Dunn will lead and manage all aspects of the company’s commercial functions, including sales, marketing and product development, and support access to care for those who need it. He joins from healthcare and insurance company Cigna and has also worked at AXA.

Pendlebury will be responsible for developing the existing psychiatric services and setting up new pathways to meet the global need for mental healthcare. Onebright has a national network of psychiatrists that undertake remote and face-to-face consultations and with Pendlebury’s appointment, the company will develop bespoke pathways that address the need for assessment and treatment of mental health disorders.

Pendlebury is a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist with expertise in forensic adolescent psychiatry and neurodevelopmental disorders. She has a diverse range of experience, having worked as a medicolegal consultant, supporting and advising doctors in criminal, disciplinary and regulatory matters, as well as setting up services in the NHS and private sector.

Onebright’s clinical governance framework is supported by an expert team of clinicians and clinical advisors, and Pendlebury joins Onebright’s clinical governance board.

Onebright launched last year and stated it is developing new ways of delivering personalised mental healthcare using technology.
