OneMedicalGroup has appointed Mark Shepherd as chief operating officer, while Bob Marshall has joined the healthcare solutions provider as chief financial officer.

Shepherd joins the company having been based in the US as a product management director for WalMart, while Marshall was previously finance director at Costcutter Supermarkets Group.

Internally, the company has made Caroline Day its organisational development director and Jackie Hill its head of nursing.
