Ahead of its float later this year on the ASX, Dublin-based IT healthcare company Oneview Healthcare has appointed several heavy hitters to the board: Daniel Petre and Mark Cullen.

Petre has been a leading player in Australia’s tech scene for more than 30 years including nine years with Microsoft. Currently he is the co-founder of AirTree Ventures, a growth stage Venture Capital firm based in Sydney.

Cullen is currently the global head of group audit for Deutsche Bank. He is chair of the group audit executive committee and non-voting member of Deutsche Bank’s group investigation oversight committee.
