PHL Group, a Portsmouth-based provider of healthcare services to the NHS and private healthcare, has appointed Gustav Fichardt as chief financial officer.

Fichardt was previously the co-founder and chief financial officer of Riverdale Healthcare, a provider of NHS dental services. Before that, he had 10 years’ finance and commercial experience in growing healthcare businesses.

PHL Group was founded in 2009 and offers a range of healthcare services including integrated urgent care, wait list management services and virtual wards.
