Juliet Thompson has been appointed non-executive chairman of Premier Veterinary Group with immediate effect.
Thompson has previously worked for investment banks Stifel and Nomura and is currently vice president of corporate finance at Precision Ocular, a retinal diseases company. She takes over from Iain Ross, who will remain as a non-executive director.
Premier Veterinary also announced that Daniel Smith will leave his role as chief financial officer in September to relocate.
