Proton Partners International, developer of proton therapy centres, has appointed Alain Baron as a non-executive director.

Baron (pictured) is managing director of international banking and finance group Mirabaud Group, which he joined in 2012.

Commenting on his appointment, Baron said: “I am delighted to be asked to join such a highly experienced and internationally renowned board at Proton Partners.

“It is a tremendously exciting company that will offer outstanding cancer treatment to patients and have a positive impact on people's lives.”
