Psychiatry UK: Nell Montgomery, Ben Iversen, Anna Matty and Andrea Dowling

Camelford, Cornwall-based online psychiatric service Psychiatry UK has appointed Nell Montgomery as chief executive, Ben Iversen as chief financial officer, Anna Matty as interim chief operating officer, and Andrea Dowling as chief people officer.

Montgomery has been interim chief executive since last September.

Montgomery is an executive coach, psychotherapist and former investment banker. Her executive coaching career included co-founding Aesara Partners, and she worked for 10 years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and as managing director and member of the board of Investec Securities UK.

Montgomery commented “I am delighted to have been appointed CEO to lead Psychiatry UK and address the UK’s crisis in mental health. Psychiatry UK is uniquely placed to help people access the highest quality of specialist mental health support. Our online, AI-powered service enables the whole family to quickly and easily access the care they need. I’m excited to strengthen our core neurodiversity business, transform our patient pathways and broaden our service to include both pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies such as ADHD coaching.

Iversen was previously co-founder and chief financial officer of FlowStream Commodities. He has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate finance and has worked in senior roles in finance and operations at several private UK based companies. He has been an advisor to Psychiatry UK since last June.

Matty was previously chief operating officer and executive board member at AXA Health, and held senior leadership roles at Experian, BT Wholesale and BT. She is tasked with leading the transformation of Psychiatry UK.

Dowling is a senior HR leader with extensive experience in global financial services from her time as a managing director at Morgan Stanley.
