Global private hospital group Ramsay has appointed Craig McNally to succeed current chief executive Chris Rex.
Currently chief operating officer at Ramsay, McNally will take over from Rex on 3 July.
Rex announced his intention to retire last month.
McNally is one of Ramsay’s longest serving senior executives having joined the company in 1988.
“I intend to carry on with our successful growth strategy in hospital acquisitions and developments as well as strategic developments beyond the hospital walls,” he said.
Founded in 1964 and headquartered in Australia, Ramsay operates over 220 private hospitals and day surgery facilities across Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the UK and France.
