Development company Rangeford Holdings has appointed Angela McKimmie (pictured) as sales and marketing director.

Formerly head of sales and marketing, McKimmie’s promotion means she’s now responsible for the group’s sales and marketing functions, and implementing Rangeford’s communications strategy to raise awareness of current and future projects.

McKimmie has extensive experience in the housing industry and has held senior positions with plc, private and housing association developers. She has in-depth knowledge of the property market, with a speciality in the retirement living sector, as well as sales and marketing experience, from development inception to sell out, brand awareness, sales strategies and regulatory compliance.
