Regard has brought Carole Edmond on board as managing director of the specialist care provider.

Her arrival coincides with a period of significant growth at Regard, which has opened 13 new services in the past year and has another three due to open in the first quarter of 2017.

Edmond (pictured) joins with two decades’ worth of experience in the children’s care space, where she developed Bupa Childcare for Bupa. Edmond continued to head up the childcare business after it was sold to Bright Horizons in 2009 before leaving in 2015 to complete her doctoral studies.
