Regard Group: Tracy Kite and Graham Farrington-Horsfall

Care provider Regard Group has appointed Tracy Kite (pictured) as director of learning and leadership development.

Tracy worked as a consultant with Regard throughout 2017 on leadership development and on learning and development projects; her role as director builds on this and will include embedding a culture of continuous learning and development within the Group and facilitating organisational strategy for those in receipt of Regard’s services in skill development.

Tracy trained as a mental health nurse and worked in acute and crisis intervention mental health care for 14 years before moving into specialist dementia care.

Over the past 12 years she has worked in specialist leadership development – as a leadership and executive coach – designing and delivering management development programmes up to Master’s level.

The Group has also appointed Graham Farrington-Horsfall as director of quality. Graham will support the delivery of the best possible service to those supported by the Regard Group, by maintaining and enhancing a quality framework that assures service quality and celebrates great support.

Graham started his career as a support worker – supporting people with learning difficulties and mental health problems in the North West – and has worked in various operational and quality management positions.

Most recently, he led the quality function of a national provider of supported living and residential services for people with a variety of support needs.
