Real estate advisor Savills has appointed Tom Robinson and Ben Monk as director and associate director respectively.

Robinson (pictured) joins the firm from consultant surveyor Edward Symmons, and will focus on business development in the healthcare and education sectors. He will also advise lenders, investors, operators, developers and charities within both areas.

Monk was promoted to associate director having spent five years on the Savills rating team. He will specialise in healthcare valuations and consultancy, including demographic research and rent reviews.
