Real estate advisor Savills has appointed Ian Hardman and Dan Worrall to its healthcare team, based at the firm’s Margaret Street office in London.

Hardman (pictured) joins as a director, and will focus on valuation across the sector in addition to strengthening Savills’ retirement living division. He previously worked at CBRE, Eurohypho and most recently JLL, where he was a director in the valuation advisory team. He also worked at Savills as a consultant in the commercial valuation division during 2016.

Worrall takes up the role of senior surveyor. He joins from Capita where he provided consultancy property advice to a range of NHS clients, and from where he was seconded to a central London NHS trust for the past six months.

Samantha Rowland, head of healthcare valuation at Savills said: “These new appointments underline the growing strength of the healthcare team and, in particular, our valuation expertise, which will be both augmented and complimented by the arrival of Ian and Dan.”
