Real estate advisor Savills has appointed Justin Scenna and Oliver Nield to its healthcare and senior living team, focused on the senior housing transactions market alongside head of senior housing transactions, Caryn Donahue.
Scenna has been appointed as an associate director. He has more than eight years’ experience in the real estate finance industry, having previously worked at Logos Property Group in Sydney. He is a chartered financial analyst charterholder and has broad experience advising clients on real estate strategy, equity and debt investments.
Nield has been appointed as an associate. He previously worked at real estate lender Fortwell Capital as a senior analyst. Nield has experience in real estate debt across multiple asset classes, with a core focus on care homes and residential.
Donahue commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Justin and Oliver. Both have extensive experience in the real estate finance market and their analytical approach and financial acumen will be a valuable addition to our growing team.”
