PharmaSavills: Rick Savage
Real estate advisor Savills has hired Rick Savage as head of healthcare valuations in its healthcare and senior living team, which sits within its operational capital markets (OCM) division which include consultancy, transactions, capital raising, joint venture structuring, M&A and debt advisory
Based predominantly in Savills Manchester office, Savage will also regularly spend time in the firm’s head office in London. He will focus on delivering valuation and consultancy services to clients throughout the UK, working across the full spectrum of the healthcare sector. A RICS registered valuer who has worked in UK healthcare for more than 15 years, he has experience in elderly care services, specialist children’s services, primary care and supported living.
Savage joins from CBRE where he was a director in the national operational real estate team.
