Dasos Kirtsides has joined Shawbrook Bank as head of healthcare.

Kirtsides (pictured) has been in corporate and commercial banking for over 23 years, with more than 13 years dedicated to  healthcare.  

He joins from Santander, where he was national head of business development –  healthcare, since May 2016. He first joined the bank in 2007 as deputy regional director, education, healthcare and communities. Prior to this, he worked at Allied Irish Bank.

Commenting on his new appointment, Kirtsides said: “I am grateful to Shawbrook for offering me the opportunity to help build their new corporate and commercial healthcare lending portfolio on the back of a very successful lease finance business. 

“I am really looking forward to working with ambitious healthcare operators who are looking for a bank that can help them grow and operate at the next level.”
