Robert Lerwill has resigned from his position as a non-executive director at Spire Healthcare with immediate effect.

Lerwill, who was appointed as an independent non-executive director in the lead-up to the company's listing in July 2014, has left the company due to personal reasons.

A company statement said: “A process has commenced to identify a new non-executive director and a further announcement, including details of changes to the membership of the company's committees, will be made as soon as practicable.”
