Specialist advisor and property management services provider Target Advisers has appointed Tim Kay as its investment director.
Kay was previously a member of PwC’s transaction team and has worked at Bank of Scotland. More recently, he was part of the team that launched Scottish Widow’s long term commercial real estate debt proposition.
