Four Seasons Health Care’s private equity owner Terra Firma has appointed Andrew Geczy as its new chief executive, effective from September 2016.
Geczy joins Terra Firma from Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ), where he has been chief executive of international and institutional banking. Geczy has also held positions at Lloyds Banking Group, including group executive director and chief executive of wholesale banking and markets.
He replaces Tim Pryce, who left the firm in March.
