United Open MRI has announced the appointment of Stephen Harvey as group business development director.

The company, which runs upright MRI centres in London, Leeds and Birmingham, has created the position to help further develop its imaging services for the NHS.

United Open MRI chief executive Tarquin Desoutter said: “Our appointment of Steve has come at a time when our imaging services have become increasingly popular with acute hospitals and clinical commission groups and he joins us with 20 years of experience in developing business within the NHS.”
