Real estateVenn Life Sciences: David Evans
David Evans has announced he is resigning his post of non-executive chairman of Venn Life Sciences.
He will work with the company board to find a suitable replacement, whom Venn hopes to have done by April 2016.
Tony Richardson will act as executive chairman.
Evans said: “I am pleased to have contributed to Venn’s growth through its admission to the AIM market in 2012 and successful execution of a pan-European acquisition strategy. The business is now clearly demonstrating that it is well positioned to bid for and secure larger scale projects and to offer clients a much wider range of capabilities across numerous geographies. Shareholders in Venn, and I include myself in this, will be delighted to see a business with a growing client base, a strong forward order book and the opportunity to secure high quality repeat business. I believe now is a good time to seek a successor who can take on the chairman’s role as Venn enters a new phase of growth.”
