Real estateVoyage Care: Kevin Roberts, Graham Smith
Kevin Roberts has left the post of chief executive at Voyage Care, just over a year after he began the role.
The move comes five months after Voyage Care was acquired for £375 million by a consortium consisting of Partners Group, Duke Street and Tikehau.
In a statement, Voyage Care said that Roberts had “successfully led the business through a sale by former owners Hg Capital”.
“With the transition to the group’s new investors complete, Kevin now feels the time is right to leave Voyage to pursue other interests and we wish him every success.”
Voyage Care said the process to find Robert’s replacement had begun.
Voyage Care’s chief financial officer, Andrew Winning has been appointed interim chief executive officer, reporting to the company’s non-executive chairman Gavin Simonds.
Simonds has replaced Graham Smith who retired from the post after holding it for eight years.
