Mark Jarvis has joined law firm VWV’s healthcare team as a partner, based in London.

Jarvis moved from Capsticks, where he has worked since 2014.

Prior to that he worked at Lockharts Solicitors, which he joined in 2005, qualifying as a solicitor in 2007.

Jarvis’s healthcare experience spans commercial, corporate, procurement and general contracting for both NHS and private sector clients. He specialises in primary care commissioning, and its integration with secondary care.  

Jarvis also brings dental sector expertise, advising dental care providers, local dental committees and national dental associations on the sale and acquisitions of dental practices and dental incorporations.
