Wallacea Living: Nazish Shaikh
Integrated retirement community operator Wallacea Living has appointed Nazish Shaikh into the newly-created role head of HR, tasked with establishing an in-house HR department.
Shaikh has more than 20 years’ experience of real estate, facilities management and events, Nazish brings a wealth of strategic and operational HR expertise. She worked at Retirement Villages Group, as HR business partner before progressing to head of people.
Paul Morgan, chief executive at Wallacea Living, said: “Since launching our first apartments for sale in October 2023, our team has doubled in size. Nazish’s appointment reflects our intention to further invest in our growing team over the coming months as we prepare for the opening of Wallacea Living, Marylebone, and our plans for future IRC sites.
“Nazish’s extensive knowledge and wealth of experience will be a great asset to the company. It’s clear to see that she has a genuine passion for developing and valuing a workforce that we can continue to be proud of.”

Wallacea Living is creating 104 luxury apartments with on-site amenities at Wallacea Living, Marylebone dus to open in spring 2026. Homeowners will receive 24-7 services from a concierge and care teams, regular health and wellbeing MOTs, and a private GP booking portal. There will be an on-site restaurant, swimming pool, spa and salon, private cinema and library bar, with calendar of events and classes.
