Kingsley acquires West Midlands care home

Kingsley Healthcare has completed on a deal to take over the operation of Gower Gardens care home in Halesowen, near Birmingham.
The 66-bedroom, purpose-built care home becomes Kingsley Healthcare’s 34th home.
The vendor is Black Country Housing Group and Kingsley’s funding partner is Target Healthcare REIT.
Kingsley’s chief executive Daya Thayan said: “This latest deal will see Kingsley broaden its overall presence as a national provider. It marks the beginning of an exciting period of expansion for the group with the development of new-build facilities in Buckinghamshire, Bedford and Norfolk in the pipeline.”
Kingsley stated it will shortly be announcing the acquisition of a second property in the Midlands.
