Healthcare firm Simplyhealth has appointed Rita Clifton as its new chair. Clifton will take over from Mike Hall subject to regulatory approval.

Dr Arun Thiyagarajan has joined health insurance group VitalityHealth as its CEO, replacing Dr Keith Klintworth.

Healthcare superstar Professor Sneh Khemka was among those included in the New Year’s Honours List.
