The third round of the Digital Health Partnership Award will provide up to £500,000 for digital projects that can support patients at home.

NHS organizations can bid for capital funding, revenue funding or a mix of both for projects that support people at home such as the self-management of long-term conditions, diagnostic support and treatment and system inefficiencies related to care pathway transformation.

The funding can be used to support the deployment of digital health technologies, including their development.

The deadline for applications is 24 June. Awards will be announced by the end of July 2022.
