Audley Group: Emma Lord
Audley Group, a provider of luxury retirement villages, has appointed Emma Lord as land administrator to support the group’s land team across all operational activity.
Lord will support the land team to identify, secure planning for and acquire sites on a national basis for the Audley Villages and Mayfield Villages brands.
Prior to Audley, Lord spent 10 years with Silva Homes, most recently as a housing services officer.
John Nettleton, group land director of Audley, said: “With both Mayfield and Audley seeking multiple sites every year, the group is at an exciting stage, and to have Emma on board as part of that journey is going to be hugely helpful.
Lord added: “It’s a privilege to join Audley Group. I look forward to working with the team as we seek to provide the sites to grow the company’s national footprint, bringing our approach to retirement living to more people.”
