Law firm Bevan Brittan has appointed corporate property partner Sarah Skuse as head of its national independent health and social care real estate team.
Skuse has extensive experience of advising operators, developers, funders and investors across health, social care and senior living on a wide range of real estate matters.
She has worked on major transactions, including advising Anavo Group on its strategic care home partnership with Octopus Real Estate. In 2022, she supported Anchor to acquire the share capital of Halcyon Care Homes Topco.
