Law firm Browne Jacobson has appointed Carly Caton as a partner in its London commercial health team.
Caton, who joins from Bevan Brittan, has experience advising NHS and independent healthcare providers, as well as suppliers to the healthcare market, on all commercial, contractual and partnering matters, as well as advising on integrated care systems and supporting clients to export expertise, enter into partnerships, and provide services in jurisdictions around the world.
Browne Jacobson’s national commercial health team acts for the NHS and many of the UK’s private health and social care providers, as well as pathology, laboratory and diagnostic service providers, together with pharmacy and medtech companies. Its lawyers advise on corporate and commercial matters across the sector, including M&A, joint ventures, health and social care service integration, contracts, procurement, competition, intellectual property and IT, and work with colleague in real estate, employment, tax and finance.
