Matthew Alderton

UK and Ireland law firm Browne Jacobson has appointed three new partners to its health team: London-based Matthew Alderton and Nottingham-based Dmitrije Sirovica and Vicky Tomlinson.

Alderton is an experienced public, regulatory and information law advisor and litigator who specialises in advising health and social care clients. He has experience of life sciences and medical devices, NHS commissioning powers and data protection law. He has acted for health sector clients in complex judicial review proceedings, statutory appeals, High Court civil claims, public procurement challenges and inquiries.

Sirovica also specialises in public and information law, advising clients including NHS England, integrated care boards, Natural England, Qualification Wales, the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs and local authorities across the country on the lawful exercise of their functions and representing clients at all stages of judicial review claims as well as compliance with data protection legislation and the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 

Dmitrije Sirovica

Tomlinson is an experienced corporate lawyer, specialising in transactions in the independent health and social care sector. She has experience advising on all corporate M&A matters including share and business acquisitions and disposals, investments, group reorganisations and general company law matters and works with clients across the sector including later living, specialist services and medical technology.
