Business property advisor Christie & Co has appointed William Edwards to its healthcare development team.
Having graduated with a degree in real estate from The University of Reading, Edwards has spent the past couple of years working at Carter Jonas, followed by Central London office agency work in acquisitions and disposals.
His new role as a negotiator at Christie & Co will see him handling healthcare development opportunities within the UK market alongside established brokers, Jordan Rundle and Sara Hartill.
Edwards said: “My move to the healthcare team within Christie & Co has been driven by a desire to work in an up-and-coming, exciting sector in real estate that has huge growth potential.”
Rundle, director, healthcare development and investment, added: “Our market-leading healthcare and development team continues to grow due to high demand for our specialist brokerage services.
