CIL Management Consultants has promoted James Silk to partner. Recent engagements that Silk has led include buy-side customer due diligence on Frontier Medical for Agilitas Private Equity, and sell-side customer due diligence engagements on Medequip and AJM Healthcare.

CIL has also appointed Craig Abrahams as associate director in the company’s healthcare wing. Abrahams was previously commercial director at Welbeck Health Partners. Earlier, he worked for Bupa’s health insurance business, and spent two years as a senior associate in operations consulting with PwC.
