Nottingham-based home care provider City & County Healthcare Group’s chief operating officer Gary Fee, has been promoted to chief executive, replacing James Thorburn who left the role last month.

Fee joined City & County last year from Bright Horizons, where he was finance director since 2018.

Before that, Lee worked in senior roles at Compass Group for seven years, the last of which was finance director. defence, education, government services and offshore.
