Pharmaceutical company Clinigen Group has announced that Robin Sibson, the firm's current chief financial officer, is to retire.
Sibson will be replaced by Martin Abell, effective from 3 August 2015, and will become a non-executive director of the group thereafter.
Abell is presently chief financial officer of the continental Europe and rest of world division team at recruitment firm Hays, a position he has held since 2010.
Abell has been at Hays since 2006, and has previously held various positions at logistics company Exel.
