Compass Carter Osborne (CCO) have announced that Abigail Badá has been appointed as director to the firm’s people and culture practice.

Badá had previously worked for CCO from 2018 until 2023. She has extensive experience in delivering chief people officer, HR director and chief marketing officer placements across health, care, and wellbeing within investor-backed environments.
