Care home management consultancy Fulcrum Care has appointed Becky Garnett-Buchma as managing director and Kelly Brosnan as commercial director.

Garnett-Buchma has more than two decades of leadership experience. She was previously managing director at Aspire Healthcare Solutions, and before that divisional managing director at Active Care Group. She spent the first 17 years of her career working at Jane Lewis, a healthcare temporary staffing company.

Garnett-Buchma said: “I am passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and look forward to leveraging my experience to contribute to Fulcrum Care’s continued success.”

Brosnan has more than 16 years’ experience in commercial and retail banking with HSBC, including business development, strategy, commercial knowledge, and risk management. Her last role was associate director, healthcare, a job she held for more than six years

Brosnan commented: “I am excited to join Fulcrum Care and look forward to utilising my experience to drive commercial growth, develop strong customer relationships, and contribute to the business as it continues to expand its presence in the health and social care industry.”
