Healthcare at Home has appointed Sir Jonathan Asbridge as its clinical director.

Asbridge (pictured) joined Healthcare at Home as director of quality and governance in 2013, following the company’s acquisition of homecare provider MediHome. He has been former chief nurse at both Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Healthcare at home chief executive Natalie Douglas said: “Jonathan brings a wealth of clinical leadership and patient experience in both the NHS and independent sector. Healthcare at Home is already the leading provider of clinical homecare services and we are ambitious to create and deliver the gold standard in the industry.”
