Healthcare Homes: Ian Hadingham

Healthcare Homes has appointed Ian Hadingham as operations managing director – Manorcourt Homecare.

Healthcare Homes provides care services at 48 care homes spanning the East and South of the UK alongside an 11-branch Manorcourt Homecare network in Norfolk, Essex and Northeast London which delivers elderly home care, specialist care and live-in care, part private, part local authority funded.

Hadingham will be responsible for growing the existing businesses as well as developing the footprint of both the Manorcourt Homecare and the live-in care offerings.

Hadingham was previously group director of live-in care at City & County Healthcare Group, operations director with MiHomecare, and care delivery director at Allied Healthcare. Before that he worked in the retail sector at British Home Stores at an operational level.

We have an excellent business with a long heritage in Manorcourt Homecare and we are confident that Ian’s arrival will help propel it on to a great future. We are also looking to grow our live-in service and Ian is extremely well qualified to lead that agenda.”
