Liaise, an Intriva Capital-backed provider of specialist care services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health and other complex needs, has appointed Nick Essex as chief financial officer.
Essex joins from Grant Thornton after 14 years in professional advisory; he has more than 10 years’ corporate finance experience with a focus on health and social care.
Liaise’s chief executive David Petrie said: “This appointment supports our ambitions to grow the business, enabling us to reach more people who need our support. Nick’s experience will support that growth; he joins a great team who are committed to delivering excellent outcomes and results.”
