Precious Homes has appointed Mark Penney as regional operations director to oversee the company’s London operations.

Precious Homes provides residential care and community support for adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and autism. Its portfolio comprises 15 services, both outreach and residential.

Penney was previously operations director at Achieve together, which provides support for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated behaviours.
