PharmaPrimary Health Properties: Harry Hyman
London-based Primary Health Properties (PHP), a real estate investment trust which invests in modern primary healthcare, has announced that its founder and chief executive Harry Hyman will retire at its 2024 annual general meeting, Market Screener has reported.
PHP will begin the search search for a new chief executive in the New Year and stated it expects to be able to make the appointment during 2023, with the intention of it taking effect from the 2024 AGM.
The search for Hyman’s successor will be led by chairman Steven Owen who, after consultation with a number of PHP’s major shareholders and the agreement of the board, will remain as chairman until after the 2024 AGM to deal with the appointment of the new chief executive and to ensure an orderly succession.
