PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has hired Issy Corbett to lead its healthcare M&A team.

Corbett previously worked for Rothschild, covering healthcare in the UK and continental Europe and worked on a number of M&A, initial public offering, refinancing and sale and leaseback transactions.
