Logan Logeswaran has stepped down as managing director of Runwood Homes after nearly 16 years with the company.
A qualified mental health nurse practitioner with a degree in business administration, Logeswaran first joined the nursing, dementia and residential care provider in 2002.
In a statement issued to sector colleagues in June, Logeswaran said: “Since leaving the NHS and joining the private health sector I have gained a varied experience and have enjoyed working in different organisations.
“However, Runwood is the organisation where I have spent a long period of my working life, as I enjoyed working with the Runwood team and all colleagues from Local authorities, NHS, CQC, RQIA, bank and media.
He added: “The latest CQC report suggests that we are at the fourth rank care provider with the quality ratings compared with 22 major residential care providers in England. Runwood is also recognised as one of the top ten care providers in the UK. Runwood stands in a good place to continue with its success and I have every faith in the company that it will continue in this way.”
